A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 28, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on December 28, 2007; on February 16, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on February 24, 2009; on September 27, 2013, the sentence of the said suspended sentence became effective; on September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the support for Suwon Frigwon, and on November 13, 2015, on July 17, 2016, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night night intrusion larceny, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the public prison on July 17, 2016.
