Details of the disposition

On August 16, 2005, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the housing of two floors of Alkylbro and Cho Jongbro-do in the original city B due to the sale of the goods by voluntary auction (hereinafter “instant building”).

The present status of the instant building is as follows.

The Defendant: (a) received a request from the Hanju Police Station to cooperate in an investigation on June 19, 2015 to verify the violation of the Building Act on the part of the building in question; (b) on the part of the Plaintiff, on March 27, 2017, an on-site investigation was conducted to verify the violation of the Building Act; and (c) on the part of the instant building, the Plaintiff violated the Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the “instant corrective order”) to correct the violation of the Building Act by no later than May 27, 2017, with the purport of correcting the part of the building Act, 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 1st, 204 square meters, 1st, 1st, 204.42 square meters, and 1st,3rd, 2007.
