1. Defendant E shall be registered with the Seoul Central District Court on the real estate stated in the attached list to Defendant C.

The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2 (this means that the defendants asserted that the defendants were forged or falsified after the fact, so it is not enough to acknowledge the facts as alleged in the above assertion even if considering all the evidence submitted by Eul and the defendant including evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 8, 4, 7-1 through 11, 6, 13-1, 19-1, 2, 2, 34-1, 34-2, Eul evidence No. 6-1, 3, 13-3, 13-1, 19-2, 34-1, 6-1, 3, 13, 13-1, 13, 13-2, 2, and 34-2, and 34-1, 6-1, 13, 2, and 13-2, and 3-2.

The owners (Y, Z, AA, and AB) of the sectional owners (M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, T), and U, V, W, and X-based detached houses adjacent to the above site (Y, Z, AA, and AB) in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, H, I, J, and H, K-based LB, and the owners of detached houses (Y, Z, A, and BB) on the ground of the above site and two multi-family housing units (AC 7 Adong (16 household units), B Dong (16 household units), hereinafter referred to as “A Dong building,” and “B Dong building.”

Then, on June 21, 200, as the contractor of the building A, LB owners and AB were co-owners for the building A, and as to the building B, LB owners and the owners of detached houses were co-owners for each building permission. On April 21, 2001 and August 17, 2001, as the contractor, reported each commencement of construction as the contractor.

During that period, AD purchases its shares between the O and the owner of a detached house and agrees to transfer its ownership to a person designated by AD. On the other hand, AD concludes a construction contract for Adong building between LP and M, N, P, Q, S, and R, which purchased its shares, and receives its shares as investments.
