Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.
On October 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on the 05:36th day of October, 2019, and led the front road of the Gyeonggi-si C in the direction of the D market public parking lot to drive the road at an irregular speed.
In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely operating the steering gear and operation of the steering gear in a correct manner.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and, while under the influence of alcohol, caused the street lamps, etc. installed at the edge of the road, which was set up at the edge of the road, to be a part of the front part of the said car, so that the fugitives can partially fall on the road, and moved about about 200 meters, and stopped the said car damaged to the engine on the road.

At around 05:36 October 6, 2019, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with the blood alcohol concentration of about 250 meters from the F, which was located in Gyeonggi E, to the front road of the same military forces C, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.056%.
