Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

(Criminal Power) On December 2, 2010, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million at the Seoul Northern District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

(Criminal Facts)

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing or other car.

At around 06:40 on July 17, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.164% of blood alcohol concentration, continued to drive one lane in the direction of a week from the direction of a single tin reservoir with a single 542 short-water reservoir located in the parallel of Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun.

Since this is the road bended by the coordinates, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of accidents by accurately sponsing the front left and accurately manipulating the steering and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left the road due to the negligence of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol while neglecting this, and received the back portion of the vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle, even the victim C(ma, 37 years old) who was parked outside the road.

In the end, the Defendant had the victim, who opened a chief door and removed goods due to the above occupational negligence, suffered injury, such as a hot spring, etc., where there are no two or more open measures for treatment for about three weeks.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.164% from the 1km section to the road front of the reservoir with a 542 single-water reservoir located in the two sides of Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, both sides; (b) from the roads near the reservoir with a single-water reservoir in the two sides of Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun; and
