1. Basic facts
A. B. On July 9, 191, with respect to D forest land before the division, C filed an application for the registration of the restoration of the owner on the ground that it is inherited land from G on April 6, 194 under the Act on Special Measures for the Restoration, Preservation, Registration, etc. of Unclaimed Land in a D Forest Areas (hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), along with the guarantor’s guarantee of guarantee, and on June 8, 1992, the said application was accepted.
C On July 5, 2001, as his wife, died after having left H, J, K, L, and M (hereinafter the above H, I, J, K, K, L, and M (hereinafter referred to as “I”).

The registration of preservation of ownership was divided into D forest 28,876m2 (hereinafter “instant D forest”). The instant forest and N forest and 2,172m2 (hereinafter “instant N forest”) before the subdivision on October 28, 1993.
After December 13, 1993, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the plaintiff was completed as to the forest of this case as the receipt of the Goyang-gu District Court's High Court's High Branch's receipt of 30654.
On the other hand, the Defendant’s prior owner died on May 5, 1981, and the Defendant, his heir, etc. completed the agreement on the division of inherited property, with the Defendant’s sole ownership of each forest of this case around 2004.
