A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2008, the Defendant, as a North Korean citizen, escaped from North Korea to China from her mother C's help, who was in Korea after escaping from Korea, and went into Korea on April 5, 2009. After entering Korea on April 5, 2009, the Defendant did not adapt to the above C, but did not adapt to the Korean society, and did not release to the above C, and did so with the aim of saving another's goods for the purpose of preparing living expenses.

1. On October 5, 2013, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) went back to the top of F-hands operated by the Victim E in P in Qyang-si; (b) went back to the front of the container office by exposing the steel door into the open-hands; and (c) went back to the front of the container office with the face value of KRW 5,00,000, the market price of the said victim’s ownership.

2. On October 14, 2013, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) went in front of the first top of the body operated by the Victim H located in G in W; (b) and (c) went in front of the office located in the open site by intrusioning into the inner body beyond the inner body of the instant victim’s clothes equivalent to 350,000 won of the market price, which was the victim’s possession, went out of 49km.

3. At around 23:00 on October 17, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the camping site by the method described in paragraph (2) of the said paragraph at the place indicated in paragraph (2) of the said Article, and she saw out the 14 km-ray, the market price of the victim H owned by the Defendant, which was accumulated in front of the outside of the camping site, out of the clothes equivalent to KRW 85,000,000.

4. At around 01:00 on October 23, 2013, the Defendant intruded the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) by the methods described in the foregoing paragraph (1) into the camping site, and carried out a 30 km-line 40,000 won or less of the market price of the victim E who was accumulated in the camping site.

5. At around 01:00 on October 25, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the camping site by the methods described in paragraph (1) of the above Article at the places indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and took off the clothes equivalent to 80,000 won at the market price of the victim E-owned in the camping site.

6. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on October 28, 2013, intrudes into the camping site by the method described in paragraph (1) above at the places described in paragraph (1) above.
