Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On June 20, 2018, around 20:40 on June 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a structure at night; (b) in the E-office parking lot for the victim’s D operation located in Chuncheon-si; (c) intruded into the victim’s cresh by using the gap where surveillance was neglected; and (d) discovered KRW 33,00,000 of the victim’s market price at the time of the clock with the key where the clock was posted; and (d) cut off the clock by carrying the clock onto the G cargo vehicle.

B. The Defendant violated the Construction Machinery Management Act, without obtaining a construction machinery pilot license, driven the victim’s Fpsing machine at a distance of about 100 meters from the above E office parking lot to the neighboring road.

2. On June 21, 2018, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased from the said A one Fwikdong-gun H on June 21, 2018, the Defendant: (b) purchased from the said A one Fwikdong-gun H; (c) a person who uses or intends to operate a construction machinery so that he/she should register the digging machine with the competent authority and attach a registration number plate; and (d) in such a case, there was no number plate to purchase the digging machine; (c) in such a case, the person who intends to purchase the digging machine was in a state without the above A’s personal information and the source of the goods; (d) whose owner was the registered owner; and (e) who was the owner was the owner, regardless of his/her duty of care to verify the reason therefor; and (e) if the digging machine was not registered, he/she acquired the digging machine at the market price of KRW 33,000,000.
