A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2019, at around 13:20, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, such as the victim E (the 58-year-old) who was the general secretary of the above public official announcement unit, and the victim E (the 58-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out-out

The Defendant: (a) caused special violence and special property damage at the date and place described in paragraph (1); (b) the victim F (57 years of age) who is the president of the above Gosiwon (hereinafter referred to as the “F”) tried to see the Defendant; and (c) caused the victim’s face to be displayed on the victim’s face; and (d) at the same time, the said fire extinguishers installed the door door of the Gosiwon.

On the other hand, the defendant continued to drive down the back of the victim, and as such, the victim gets off twice.

As a result, the defendant, carrying dangerous things, assaults the victim, and at the same time, damaged the entrance door of the victim's public notice board to cover approximately KRW 2,50,000.
