A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

2. The Defendant’s indecent act against the victim G (Gain), committed an indecent act by force, upon exchanging the cell phone numbers through so-called “Hunting” on the street with the victim G (the name, 26 years of age), was in contact.
