A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 17, 2016, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act against the victim D (a person under the name of the victim) against the victim D (a person under the name of the victim, and 21 years of age) who is protruding prior to the street in front of the “F” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E on April 17, 2016.
