A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

When a defendant fails to pay the above fine, the defendant shall be confined in a workhouse for a period calculated by converting 50,000 won into one day.

Seized evidence 2 shall be confiscated.

The provisional payment of the amount equivalent to the above fine shall be ordered.

The Defendant is a captain of a large roller with no permission (60.0t, diesel 507mast, FRP, and e.g., an external towing-type vessel storage network number omitted).

Any person who intends to conduct inshore fishery business shall obtain permission from the Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries for each fishing vessel or fishing gear.

Nevertheless, on June 12, 2008, the Defendant captured six boxes by using a large trawls who did not obtain permission in the sea of approximately 38 meast (32°53.3 minutes north latitude) and the east 125°33.6 minutes east 125°3.6 minutes, and 241-1 Emb.
