On December 21, 2013, at around 23:22, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.109% of alcohol concentration, was driving a B windowsle vehicle from the burine road in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon to the front road of 620-2.
