A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) served as an employee of the D Saemaul Depository, a victim in Jin-si C from October 20, 199 to March 12, 2012. From around 2007, the Defendant has been engaged in loan duties as the director in charge of loan duties.

On March 15, 2007, the Defendant embezzled KRW 1,327,820,000 in total over 39 times from around that time to February 2012, 201, as shown in the attached Table 1, by withdrawing KRW 30 million from the loan passbook (F) account in the name of the above E in the light of the fact that E, a member of the above credit cooperative, repaid the loan amount of KRW 100,000,000, not on termination of the credit transaction agreement but on termination of the credit transaction agreement.

2. On March 15, 2007, the Defendant forged private documents with the D Saemaul Fund in Jinju-si, Shodong-si stated “C,00,000 won (30,000),” “E on the date of preparation,” “E on March 15, 2007,” and affixed the E seal which the Defendant arbitrarily dismissed in advance on his name.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a copy of the two strawet in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

From March 15, 2007 to February 16, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document by arbitrarily preparing a boom mark in the name of the customer from the D Saemaul Fund, as set out in the attached Table 2, as shown in the crime list 2.

3. On March 15, 2007, the Defendant submitted to the above D Saemaeul Fund, which was aware of the forgery, a loan-related approving authority, G head of G and H managing director, etc. as if he were a document duly formed under the name of E, and held the same.
