Every driver shall follow signals and instructions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, around 13:54 on October 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the signal by passing through the stop line without stopping, even though the signal apparatus installed at the entrance of the two cafeterias apartment complexes located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jin-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Seoul, was a red signal.
