A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 1424"

1. Larceny;

A. On May 25, 2014, around 00:30 on May 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one of the following, under the name and non-titled market price owned by the victim, who was set up adjacent to his/her own C house in the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City

B. On May 29, 2014, around 01:30 on May 29, 2014, the Defendant opened a door-to-door E Hospital parking lot located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul, with no correction of the victim F, and stolen one credit card (H) of the former bank owned by the victim, which was located in the World Cup Hall.

C. At around 23:00 on June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one of the 200,000 Libera at the front of the J boiler set up and installed by the victim K on the way of the JB BB in Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

At around 01:00 on June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim N, the owner of the business, who was in front of the M, “M,” which was located in Young-gu L, Young-gu; (b) with five clothes equivalent to KRW 50,00 in the market price where the Defendant N, the owner of the business, was kept a long line

2. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased tobacco 1 A, etc. at the P convenience store located in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 29, 2014; (b) presented to an employee who is the victim, a stolen North Korean bank card as described in the preceding paragraph, and obtained goods, such as tobacco 12,500 won from the victim; and (c) obtained goods, such as 404,740 won, from around 03:35 to 11:36 on the same day, the Defendant illegally used the credit card and acquired property profits by being supplied with goods or being provided with services in an amount equivalent to 404,740 won as listed in the following list of crimes.

3. Around 02:00 on March 10, 2015, the Defendant intruded the victim R, which was located in the Socjin-gu Q, Seojin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Q, beyond its house, and went to the victim’s market price and stolen three times with the passenger voting time under the unclaimed market price owned by the victim.

4. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on March 11, 2015, has three times of the majority voting on the market price under the victim’s ownership at the same place as the above paragraph (3).
