Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Ckis in the Republic of Korea.

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 14:20, and came to turn to the left from the same wood side to the right of the open tourist hotel.

Since there is a three-distance intersection where no signal is installed, a driver engaged in driving service has a duty of care to check whether there is a vehicle, etc. entering the intersection first by reducing the speed or temporarily stopping it, and to drive it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and did not at a speed to check whether there is a vehicle entering the intersection, without properly checking whether there is a vehicle entering the intersection, and tried to stop immediately to stop the part of the G K5-car driving from the right side of the Defendant, which was driven by the victim F (W, 56 years old) who entered the intersection, to the right side of the Defendant, resulting in an injury to the victim, such as culp dume and tension, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim, by immediately stopping the vehicle from the direction of the Defendant.
