A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:50 on August 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) proposed that the Defendant drinks alcohol to the victim D (the 52-year-old-old-gu, Ulsan-gu) by combining it with the victim D (the 52-year-old-old-gu) on the 3rd floor; (b) proposed that the Defendant would refuse to drink; and (c) the Defendant spits the victim’s right arms to the victim’s face on the ground that the damaged person spits it into the Defendant’s face; and (d) spits the victim’s face. Accordingly, the Defendant spashed the victim with approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and at the same time and place to the above D, was faced with a check from the slope F belonging to the Bridge in Ulsan-gu Police Station E-gu, U.S., Ulsan-do., upon receipt of a report, and assaulted the Defendant by cutting the Defendant’s left side part of the said police officer in hand by putting him/her away, putting him/her down his/her chest and shoulder by hand, with his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
