A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 7153] The Defendant, C, and D gathered money and valuables from a vehicle that was parked and did not correct the loss of the parked vehicle and used it for the purpose of using it for the fee at the time.

At around 12:30 on September 29, 2014, the Defendant, C, and D confirmed that the knife of the Fcller (300C) vehicle parked by the victim E in the 106-on ground parking lot of the 106-on East East East East-gu, Yandong-si, and that the above vehicle is not corrected, and D had the network around the vehicle, and C and the Defendant carried approximately KRW 2,000 and tobacco 1 knife owned by the victim in the container of the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C and D.

[2015 Highest 1525] On December 13, 2014, the Defendant sent a computer to “Nphone 5,” “Nphone 5,” at a place that is not known to the Republic of Korea, by using a computer, and posted a notice on the bulletin, stating that “Aphone 5,” and that “Aphone 5,00 is transferred to the victim G who called the Defendant.”

However, the defendant did not have opon 5S and did not have the intention or ability to send opon 5S to the victim even if he receives the payment from the victim.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victim, and received KRW 331,50,00 in the name of the victim from the victim’s opon 5S, from the Defendant’s her birth to the Agricultural Cooperative (I) account in the name of H, the Defendant’s birth, from that time, and received KRW 12,970,000 in total from 49 victims through 49 times in April 6, 2015 by the following method, as described in the attached list 1.

[2015 Highest 1747] On September 21, 2014, the Defendant, using a computer at a place not known to the Republic of Korea around September 21, 2014, connected to the Internet Divena, “I,” and publish a bulletin “I,” “I,” and then publish a letter.
