나. 피고인은 2010. 4. 내지 5.경 위 가항 기재 피고인의 집에서 피해자(여, 당시 10세)에게 “얼마나 컸는지 보자”고 하면서 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 주무르고 입으로 피해자의 음부를 핥은 후 피해자로 하여금 피고인의 성기를 손으로 만지고 입으로 빨게 하는 방법으로 13세 미만인 피해자를 추행하였다.

다. 피고인은 2011. 5. 초 저녁경 부산 서구 H 인근에 있는 피고인의 집에서 동거녀인 I이 외출하고 F이 잠든 틈을 이용하여 피해자(여, 당시 11세)의 옷 안에 손을 넣어 피해자의 가슴을 주무르고 입으로 피해자의 음부를 핥은 후 피해자로 하여금 피고인의 성기를 손으로 만지고 입으로 빨게 하는 방법으로 13세 미만인 피해자를 추행하였다.
