A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2017, the Defendant, despite being aware of the fact that the victim C (the age of 12) was the sixth year of elementary school students under the age of 13, was aware of the fact that the victim C (the age of 12) came to know of the age of 13, was sexual intercourse with the victim.

1. Around October 1, 2017, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with the victim by taking charge of the victim’s chests and the negative part of the victim’s chests on the first floor “E” cartoon of the D building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the victim’s fingers, and continuously had the fingers and fingers collected from the victim’s negative part, and had the victim sexual intercourse once.

2. Artificially similar rape of a minor;

A. On October 2, 2017, the Defendant proposed that the victim be pregnant with the sex of the preceding sex, who was able to escape after the death of the victim, and that the victim met, but around October 2, 2017, the Defendant stored the victim's chest and the fingers in the G Kaf, Seoul Special Metropolitan City F.

B. On October 29, 2017, the Defendant, at a soup suping place in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, putting his hand in the victim’s clothes, and laid the victim’s fingers into the part of the victim’s sound.

C. On December 3, 2017, the Defendant removed the victim’s conspiracy from the Defendant’s home room located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City J from the Defendant’s home room and laid down the fingers into the victim’s sound book.

Accordingly, the defendant included his fingers in the victim's sexual organ under the age of 13 over three times and similar rapes.

3. Indecent acts by compulsion of minors;

A. On September 24, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act in the studio in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, with the victim’s TV viewing, by committing an indecent act, such as gathering the victim’s sound by hand and leaving the victim’s chest by entering the studio.

B. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the “M” L in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around October 2, 2017, she spared the victim while viewing the film with the victim; and (b) omitted the victim’s title.
