1. The Defendant and Nonparty AA cancel a gift agreement concluded on October 10, 2013 with respect to each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list between the Defendant and Nonparty AA.

2. The defendant shall implement the procedure for the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in the separate sheet of real estate in attached Form 1 to the non-party AA.

3. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
