A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The Defendant received 15,000 won from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant.

3. On November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) visited the Internet G car page at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of November 20, 2019; and (b) made a false statement to the victim N who contacted the writing, stating, “When sending money, he/she will immediately send merchandise coupons.”

However, even if the defendant receives money, he did not have the intention or ability to send merchandise coupons.

The Defendant received 40,000 won from the victim to the L Bank Account (M) in the name of the Defendant.

1. On November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) linked the Defendant’s residence located in the Dacheon-gun E Apartment F, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on November 20, 2019 to the Internet G car page; (b) prepared a statement “50,000 new coophones are sold”; and (c) reported it to the victimO.
