1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) Of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, each point of the separate sheet No. 7, 8, 15, 16, 7 is indicated.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On December 16, 1997, the registration of transfer of ownership was made in the Plaintiff’s future on the grounds of sale and purchase around D on September 30, 2016, and around that time, on September 30, 2016, each of the above lands was linked in sequence to each of the following points: marks 1, 2, 3, 19, 20, 20, 21, 21, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 1.
B. On December 16, 1997, the land of Jung-gu, Busan was registered for the transfer of each ownership in the Plaintiff’s future on the grounds of sale around December 16, 1997, and around April 28, 2017. The land of this case was connected in order to each point of the marks 9, 21, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
C. On December 13, 1968, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of H as a result of the sale and purchase around the time, and around July 6, 2017 due to the inheritance due to the consultation division. The land above is also a part that connects each point of the attached Table 21, 20, 19, 3, 4, 5, and 21.
The buildings listed in the attached list on three lots, such as the above Busan Central District C, E, and G (hereinafter “instant building”) are currently owned by I/7 shares, following the change of ownership as follows, and the Plaintiff owns 6/7 shares, respectively.
(1) The registration of initial ownership on August 21, 1985 and co-owners of 1/7 shares of J, K, L, H, M, N,O (2) on February 24, 198, transfer P5/7 shares to P, P, 5/7 shares (3) on July 9, 1991, transfer to P, P, 5/7 shares, P, 5/7 shares on December 16, 1997, transfer to Q, 5/7 shares on December 16, 199, and (5) transfer to P, 1/7 shares on February 25, 199, and 6) transfer to P, 1/7 shares on September 30, 206, transfer to P, 207, 5/7 shares on September 27, 201, and (6) transfer to P, 207 (A) prior to the sale to F, 1/78 (7) shares on September 27, 2017.
E. From February 2012, the Defendant leased a total of 31.4 square meters from the instant building from the said I, and the said lease agreement continued to have been renewed on February 26, 2017.
