Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 16, 1997, the registration of ownership transfer was made in D on the grounds of sale on or around December 16, 1997, and on September 30, 2016, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the Defendant’s future on or around September 30, 2016. The aforementioned land was linked in order to each point of the following: the attached appraisal was also linked to the land.

B.
