Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2016, around 20:24, the Defendant: (a) attached a paper bag to part of the registration number plate to avoid the crackdown on spirits, and made it difficult for the Defendant to find out the registration number plate by attaching a paper bag to the part of the front registration number plate after the agreement on the passenger car driving by himself in order to avoid the crackdown on spirits.
