A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
The defendant tried to leave his job to the same industry while working for electrical equipment, but most of the same industries have known that he first selected a high school graduate from a department related to electrical science in the same industry, and was unable to leave his job due to the retirement from high school.
1. On December 19, 201, the Defendant forged official document documents: (a) entered the Defendant’s house No. 102, 1002, Daegu-gu B building B into the Internet portal site “facingation of a certificate of graduation” at the Internet portal site search site; and (b) asked the Defendant’s e-mail address “D” which was searched; (c) whether it is possible to forge the certificate of graduation from Korean and English high school; (d) the cost of production; and (e) the time of production; and (e) sent the Defendant’s personal information, etc., to the Chinese name unfacing book; and (e) sent the Defendant’s personal information, etc., by e-mail after sending it to the China’s name unfacing book; and (e) printed out Korean and English graduates certificate using the above name unfacing machine; and (e) sent the Defendant in close vicinity to each other by using the Defendant’s photo.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C, forged each of five copies of his Korean graduation certificates and English graduation certificates in the name of the head of E High School, an official document, for the purpose of uttering.
2. On December 2013, the Defendant’s display of forged official document completed one copy of the Korean language graduation certificate and one copy of the English graduation certificate, printed out by forgery as above, to the staff in charge of the personnel department of electric installations enterprises who are not aware of the forgery at a place in which the date was rejected.
