A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant stolen an spath using the gap in which surveillance of large discount stores is neglected, and sold it, and has raised living expenses, entertainment expenses, etc.

1. On December 1, 2014, around 13:00 to 14:00, the Defendant: (a) placed one Lesy (Lone Star, 75049) of the market value of 54,900 won in a household at the complete store of victim E-management in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

2. At around 14:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed one of the rest room in the victim H management of G located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, in a household room with a size of 35,900 won at the market price (No. 75048).

3. From December 18, 2014 to 15:00 on December 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) placed one Lesy (Lone Star, 75044) equivalent to the market value in a household room at the end room of the victim K management in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) stolen the Defendant.

4. At around 13:00 to 15:00 on December 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid down and stolen a part of the victim N management fat located in Goyang-dong L located in Goyang-dong, Manyang-si; (b) 39,900 won at the market price (one set, 75038) on a household.

5. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant, around 12:26, placed one of the rest-up rooms in the victim Q QP located in the Gu Government-si P, 39,900 won at the market price, and stolen the Defendant’s while putting one of the rest-up rooms in the household.

6. On January 8, 2015, around 13:36, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by putting one of the Lebsy (No. 75087) equivalent to the market price of 69,900 won in a household, in the complete storage room for the victim T management in the RR located in the Gu Government-si.

7. Around January 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed 5,900 leys (one set, 75040) on a household room located in the Gu Government-si U, in a way that included 48,900 won in the market and stolen them.

8. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant around 16:30 on the part of the victim Y management room located in W X located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the market price of KRW 39,00.
