Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On June 23, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on November 3, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Western District Court on November 3, 2012. On June 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court on March 3, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Western District Court on March 3, 2014. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court on May 22, 2016.

1. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) around 14:00, around 3212, the Defendant carried out a credit card No. 1, one card No. 1, one card No. 1, one new card No. 1, one card No. 1, one cash card No. 60, one cash card No. 1, a corporate card No. 1, a corporation card No. 1, a document, a document, office keys, and a vehicle rolling stock with the victim’s key.
Accordingly, the defendant, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to theft, etc., has stolen the victim's property again within three years after the execution of the final sentence is completed.
