A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On July 9, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court, and on June 24, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court, and on December 12, 2008, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court, and on June 7, 2016, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Western District Court on July 8, 2016.

[Criminal facts] 2017 Highest 6344

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On September 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 14:35, at the second floor “E” cafeteria located in Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) made a lux in which the victim F was unfolded; and (c) made a lux of 750,000 won at the market price owned by the victim; and (d) stolen it.

B. On September 10, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:20 on September 10, 2017, requested employees to put in the H Gameland located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and requested employees I to put them into the 32 game machine, and thereby thefted the cash amounting to 1,200,000 won owned by the victim J, the main owner of the business in the Ka Ka Ka Ka Ka Ka Ka Ka.

On October 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 09:07, at the restaurant “L” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KK; (b) had cash 290,000 won under the accounting unit, and stolen it.

At around 00:50 on October 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) set up a soup room of “O Scena” N located in Scena, Scena, Scena, Scena, by taking advantage of the gap where surveillance in the surrounding area was neglected; (b) opened an object box with the key located on the floor of the victim C, and cut off one 150,000 won per the victim’s possession; and (c) cut off one 100,000 won per the victim’s possession, including one cash, credit card, and driver’s license.
