A. On June 21, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded a construction contract with the Defendant on the condition that the construction cost shall be KRW 699,160,000 (including value added tax) and the rate of liquidated damages shall be 2/1000 per day with respect to the construction work for the individual heating conversion and replacement of water supply pipes of the new and new large apartment, and agreed on the construction period as follows.

The written contract for the additional construction is stipulated as follows special articles:
