1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 109,574,113 as well as their annual interest from October 21 to October 31, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a corporation established for the purpose of interior construction business, civil engineering business, construction business, electrical construction business, etc., and subcontracted steel frame construction during factory construction to Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), and Defendant A is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing steel products for building, manufacturing steel structures, etc., and subcontracted steel frame construction from the Plaintiff during factory construction.

Defendant B is an internal director who is the representative of Defendant A.

B. The Plaintiff and Defendant A’s subcontract conclusion 1) The Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff, on March 21, 2014, among the construction works for the building of the same industry complex, the steel frame Corporation (hereinafter “C Corporation”).

(i) 374,000,000 per construction amount (including value-added tax, and the period of construction from March 21, 2014 to the same year);

5. up to 31. up to March 21, 2014 (including value-added tax) and the construction period from March 21, 2014 to March 21, 2014, with respect to steel frame construction (hereinafter referred to as “D”) among the construction works of an Osan Factory Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”).

Up to 31. up to May 29, 2014 (including value-added tax) and the construction period from May 29, 2014 to May 29, 2014, with respect to steel framed Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “E Corporation”) among the new construction works for a factory, the construction amount of which is 654,50,000 won (including the value-added tax).

7. By October 1, 201, (4) concluded a subcontract agreement for construction works with respect to the steel frame and dyke (hereinafter referred to as “F construction”) among the construction works for the construction of a new factory of the FSM TV plant, and (1) through (4) as a whole, with respect to the construction cost of KRW 401,50,000 (including value-added tax) and the construction period of KRW 401,50,000 (including value-added tax) and from September 11, 2014 to October 20 of the same year.

2) Accordingly, with respect to E projects, a contract was concluded to modify the construction amount to KRW 665,50,000 (including value-added tax), and with respect to D projects, the construction amount to KRW 381,70,000 (including value-added tax). (c) The Defendants are Nonparty 1.
