Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2020, the Defendant reported on February 21:25, 2020 that “the Defendant shall not pay a taxi fee, and shall not pay a taxi driver a bath at the Gyeonggi Military Police Station D District, the Gyeonggi Military Police Station D District of Gyeonggi Military Police Station (the age of 36), the Inspector F (the age of 49), and G (the age of 25)” and sent the taxi to the site at the site on the 112-report that “the Defendant shall not pay a taxi fee for under the influence of alcohol.”

피고인은 위 E으로부터 가족을 통해 택시비를 이체할 것을 권유받자 손으로 위 E의 가슴 부분을 치면서 “씨발놈아, 택시비 없다고, 개새끼야”라고 욕설을 하고, 위 F으로부터 고성과 욕설을 자제할 것을 권유받자 “너 방금 뭐라고 했어, 이 씨발새끼야.”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 F이 착용하고 있던 마스크를 잡아당겨 벗긴 다음 바닥에 던지고, 손으로 위 F의 머리, 손, 몸, 얼굴을 툭툭 치고, “이 새끼들 좆같네.”라고 소리를 지르다가 위 G으로부터 재차 자제할 것을 권유받자 팔을 뻗어 위 G의 마스크도 벗기려고 하고, 발로 위 G의 배 부분을 1회 걷어찼다.

계속해서 피고인은 위와 같은 범행으로 현행범인 체포되어 순찰차에 타게 되자 순찰차 뒷좌석에서 “경찰관 이 씨발놈아, 죽여버린다. 네가 네 아버지 뻘이야, 씹새끼야.”라고 소리를 지르면서 행패를 부리고, 같은 날 21:39경 군포시 H, D지구대로 인치되어 위 E이 피고인을 의자에 앉도록 하자 “씨발놈들아, 죽여버린다.”라고 소리를 지르면서 발로 위 E의 왼쪽 정강이 부분을 걷어 차는 등 위와 같이 위 E, F, G을 각각 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by the police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order related to the handling of 112 reported cases.
