Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2013, at around 04:35, the Defendant, while drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.131%, driven B-XG vehicles at approximately 30 meters from the street in front of the Busan B-dong 8 B-dong Madon Road to the front of the Dong Won Dok-dong Madon Road.
