If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2013, at around 22:29, the Defendant driven BSS5 car at a section of about 100 meters from the Changwon-dong of Gangseo-gu, Busan to the upper street before the treatment of scopic heat, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.216% of blood alcohol level.
