On March 21, 2013, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance using a cresh in which the victim JJ was locked without locking the entrance; and (b) stolen the entrance with property equivalent to KRW 1,100,000,000 in total, including 1,100,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, and 1,100,000,000 won in market value, such as gallon-galian-galian mobile phone 1,00,000 won.
4. On June 30, 2013, at around 04:02, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance using a cresh in K located in Kimcheon-si without locking the entrance of the victim M&; and (b) cut off the entrance with approximately KRW 900,000,000 in total, including one gate in cash owned by the victim on the table; and (c) one gallon-si 3 mobile phones in the market value of KRW 80,000,000,000 in total.
