1. The defendant shall pay 50,448,300 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 30, 2014 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff entered into a ready-mixed supply contract with the Defendant on January 10, 2014, and supplied ready-mixed equivalent to KRW 62,422,910 to B until May 10, 2014, and that the Plaintiff received reimbursement of KRW 11,974,610 out of the supply price of the above ready-mixed, can be recognized by comprehensively examining the purport of the entire pleadings in the items in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 50,448,30 (=62,422,910 - 11,974,610) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 30, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

In regard to this, the defendant asserted that the above ready-mixed supply price was fully paid, but there is no evidence to acknowledge the above argument, so the above argument cannot be accepted.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
