Reasons

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 7:

On February 2, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as “lease agreement”) with the Defendant on the following terms and conditions as the lease deposit for the lease deposit of KRW 17,165,00, monthly rent of KRW 119,140, and the lease period from February 1, 2015 to January 31, 2017.
