Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s crime;

가. 피고인은 2013. 3. 중순 14:00 ~15:00경 부산 남구 F에 있는 피해자 G이 운영하는 ‘H경매장’에서 이전에 피해자의 점포 앞에 있던 물건에 발이 걸려 넘어진 것에 앙심을 품고 피해자에게 “야 씹할 놈아 누구 마음대로 물건을 길에 놓고 장사를 하노, 빨리 안치우면 가게 다 부셔버린다.”라고 욕설하고 때리는 시늉을 하면서 피해자의 생명, 신체에 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯이 협박하고, 위와 같은 방법으로 위 점포에서 소란을 피워 위력으로써 위 피해자의 점포 영업을 방해하였다.

B.
