When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 08:55 on November 24, 2018, the Defendant attached a paper to the back number plate of the vehicle with C highest typ in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping in front of the Busan B, Busan, and made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate.
