Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night, intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on April 19, 2018, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 27, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant shall not operate a motor vehicle BM7 vehicle on the road as a person who possessed BM7 motor vehicle from March 2015 to December 2016, and a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road.

C. On December 8, 2015, around 16:23, 2015, the passenger car operated without mandatory insurance on the road near the 30K Y Y Y west Road;
D. On December 23, 2015, around 17:39, the said passenger car was operated without mandatory insurance on the road near the 30K Y Y YY Gyeong-do Office of the Southern Sea.
E. On February 25, 2016, around 02:33, the pertinent passenger vehicle operated without mandatory insurance on the roads near Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and
F. On March 10, 2016, around 06:03, the said passenger car was operated without mandatory insurance on the road near the Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City.
G. On March 16, 2016, around 17:23, the said passenger car was operated without mandatory insurance on the 90K Circuit Round (Class 1) Road;
H. On April 6, 2016, around 03:21, the said passenger car was operated without mandatory insurance on the roads near the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government D, Seo-gu;
I. On April 20, 2016, around 03:53, the said passenger car was operated without mandatory insurance on the road near the Daegu-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government D, and
(j) On May 14, 2016, the said passenger car is not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu.
