Defendants shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats, and cultivate, carry, possess, give or receive, transport, keep in custody, or use marijuana.

1. On September 13, 2014, at around 20:00, Defendant A received from D the non-fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral (tobacco half fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluoral fluorals) in the vicinity of the conventional market located in the Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, and at around 21:00 on the same day, Defendant A received the non-fluoral flus
