A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 10, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant, who was in possession of marijuana, carried the maribage of marijuana, which was walddd by C, at around 20:0, at around 200:0, while keeping the maribage of marijuana,

On April 13, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked in a way of smoking one cigarette, after parking the E-mail-man car owned by the Defendant in W, at around 20:0, by inserting the e-mail-man car owned by the Defendant, and smoking by inserting marijuana as described in paragraph (1), by inserting it into its inner part, and taking it into consideration the smoke.

3. On April 16, 2014, the Defendant attempted to receive, and attempted to receive, marijuana, from C at around 19:40, around around 16, 2014.
