1. Although the facts charged on March 11, 2019 indicate that “the March 8, 2019.” However, this appears to be a clerical error in “ March 11, 2019.”

At around 09:17, the Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station C police box located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, intended to fire the above structure by attaching fire to the cremation paper, which was possessed in advance for the purpose of setting fire to a male toilet. However, the police officer assigned to the above police box that discovered it was extinguishing the structure and did not complete the attempt.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On March 28, 2019, around 13:00 on March 28, 2019, the Defendant entered the said house through the entrance door, which was not corrected in the house of the victim F (n, 75 years of age) located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment E, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

B. The Defendant, upon receiving a report from the victim after the above crime, left the place with the police officer, and was on the same day at around 13:55 on the same day, and went into the house through the door door, which was not corrected for the victim’s house, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

1. On March 30, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime around 12:00 on March 30, 2019, at around 12:00, around March 30, 2019, came to the house of the above victim F, which was located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment 2nd E, thereby having the victim with mental retardation opened a door and enter the house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of 20:10 on the same day, at the same place from 20:10 to 20:40 on the same day, left several doors to enter the victim’s house. However, upon receiving the victim’s report, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender committing a crime of intrusion upon residence by the police officer H who called out upon receiving the victim’s report, and failed to achieve that purpose.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to intrude the victim's residence, and attempted to do so.
