A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on November 6, 2015, sent the message “B and its Madle, Madle,” which was the husband of the victim C, at a non-place on November 13:46, 2015, and “C,” which was the husband of the victim C, thereby impairing the honor of the victims by openly revealing the fact.

2. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant sent the message to E, “I would like to be a real name or real name, but would not have been aware of the fact that the Defendant had been guilty from the victim,” and then damaged the reputation of the victim by openly revealing the false facts to the public. The Defendant sent the message to FB, “I would like to be a real name or real name, but would have got a fraud to the women of sexual traffic.”

3. On November 7, 2015, the Defendant sent messages to the victim B, with the intention of slandering the victim B, at a non-permanent place around 15:53 on November 7, 2015, and the Defendant, despite the fact that the victim borrowed money to male, and does not have any escape, they used the clinic called H in G Kakaoto Ri, thereby damaging the victim’s reputation by openly revealing false facts.

4. On November 9, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim’s message to C using the Kakakaox, “A is a woman suspected of business, so that he/she would make him/her speak to the inspector, even if he/she would make him/her a statement on his/her sexual disease tests periodically,” with the intent of slandering the victim’s B by openly revealing false facts.
