Punishment of the crime

No medical person shall receive money, entertainment, or other economic benefits provided from a medicine supplier for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of drugs, inducement of prescription, etc.

1. Defendant A is a doctor operating “A’s clinic.”

around May 2014, the Defendant received cash of KRW 4,50,000 from NO in the second floor of “A” medical clinic in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, for the purpose of promoting the sale of medicines by receiving KRW 70,000,000 from NO to Hnman on January 2016, and received money from K and P for the purpose of promoting the sale of medicines under the same name as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) from around that time.

2. Defendant C is a doctor who is operating Qua member.

On April 2014, the Defendant received cash of KRW 90,000 from N business operatorsO in the 2nd diagnosis room of " Quwon" located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, for adoption of medicine and maintenance of transaction, etc., and received money from O for the purpose of sales promotion by receiving a total of KRW 1,9650,000 from O over 21 times from around that time to December 2015, as shown in the attached list of crimes (3) as shown in the attached list of crimes from around that time.

3. Defendant D is a doctor operating “A doctor within D”.

On July 2014, the Defendant received cash of KRW 3.6 million from NO on the pretext of adopting medicines and maintaining transactions from NO in the second floor room of “D,” located in Young-gun S, Nam-gun, and received money from NO, P, and T in the same name four times from around that time to March 2016 from around that time, by obtaining KRW 12.1 million in total from NO, P, and T for the purpose of promoting the sale of medicines.
