Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant, as a person operating the current steering house of “B”, provided a cooking instrument such as gas siren, cooling house, knife, and horse in the vicinity of the D Park located in the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan, and provided a general restaurant business for profits of the average of KRW 20,000-50 per day by cooking and selling the dissolved that many and unspecified customers have purchased.
