A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a mother of the victim C (nive, 10 years of age) and the victim D (7 years of age), was living together with the victims from around February 2013 to around September 18, 2014.

1. Violence against victims C and violation of the Child Welfare Act;

A. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 2013, on the ground that the victim, who had completed school classes and returned from his house, had 5 brooms of the victim’s broom with a white plastic broom on the ground that he was not snick; and (b) had the victim’s broom with a broom broom, “at a more suitable level,” and the victim’s broom was 20 to 30 times.
