1. The summary of the facts charged was organized by the Defendant from October 1, 2009 to November 17, 201, 200,000 won per unit, and 26,000 won per unit, and 26,000 won, from November 17, 201, and was active as a leader of the above number system.

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court, it is difficult to view that the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone was the duty to pay the victim the 17th day bonus to the victim on June 17, 2011, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge otherwise.

(1) Although the statement of the defendant from an investigative agency to this court is somewhat inconsistent, its main purpose is that the victim and D did not pay their accounts properly, so they did not pay them.
