A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

The Defendant paid 8,50,00 won each month from March 20, 201 to June 20, 201 (1,500,000 won for three previous accounts, other than the amount of monthly deposit) more than twice after the Defendant received 8,50,000 won for four previous accounts from March 20, 201 to June 20, 201, and did not pay 1,500 won for two previous accounts from September 20, 201, and the Defendant did not pay 1’s deposit money on behalf of the Defendant from around September 20, 201. From around December 20, 201, the Defendant paid 2,250,000 won for one’s deposit money and 2,200,000 won for one’s deposit money and 2,200,000 won for one’s deposit money to C.15.
